SOCAR paid AZN 176 million 493 thousand to the State Budget for March of the current year that is AZN 57 million 17 thousand (147,7 %) more than the payments for the same period of 2013.
For January-March 2014, SOCAR transferred AZN 523 million 106 thousand to the State Budget that is AZN 137 million 114 thousand (135,5 %) more than the payments for the same period of 2013.
Besides, the Company’s payment to the State Social Protection Fund amounted AZN 12 million 218 thousand in March. As a whole, the January-March payments to State Social Protection Fund totaled AZN 37 million 38 thousand that is AZN 49 thousand (100,1 %) more than the payments for the same term in 2013.
SOCAR expands filling stations network in Georgia.
With opening a new filling station in Batumi, the total number of SOCAR petrol stations in Georgia reached 110 and gas stations reached 16. The petrol station is equipped with fuel distributing pumps of the Japanese brand “Tatsuno” and compressing appliances of the most recent generation of Argentinean leading brand “Galileo”. These facilities guarantee fast and safe fueling of automobiles. The 24-hour market and cafe are operating at the station. Customers can also benefit from services like regulating pressure in tires, adding water to the automobile, cleaning the car salon, etc.
SOCAR launched a gas station in the city of Bacau, within the visit of SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev to Romania.
The station realizes the sale of Euro Diesel 95, Super Euro Diesel 98, Fuel 95 and 98. People who stop at the new station in Bacau have traditional Azerbaijani products offered by Cafe Nar and free Wi-Fi. At this moment, SOCAR owns petrol stations in the counties of Botosani, Suceava, Neamt, Iasi, Bihor, Buzau, Bacau, Vrancea, Timis, Ilfov and Cluj. The newly opened SOCAR station is the second one in Bacau city.
SOCAR opened new filling stations in Khmelnitskiy and Poltava regions of Ukraine.
The stations will realize petroleum products, produced at leading processing plants of Poland, Lithuania and Belarus, and meeting Euro - 4 and Euro - 5 standards. The station provides A - 92, A - 95, A - 95 TM “Nano” fuels and TM “Nano” diesel. The complexes, operating under SOCAR brand in Khmelnitskiy and Poltava regions, has free of charge services like water supply for cars and inflating tires. Customers can benefit from free Wi-Fi and charge their phones. Thus, the number of stations operating under SOCAR brand in Kiev, Odessa, Lviv, Nikolaev, Roven, Cherkassy, Khmelnitskiy and Poltava regions reached 37.
